ASTRA accounts are created by invitation.
A workspace holds real customer records, so nobody can join it by signing up. An owner or admin invites you from User Admin, and you receive a one-time link that opens the account setup form.
If you are expecting access, ask your workspace administrator to send that invitation to your work email address. If you already have an account, sign in instead.

Setting up ASTRA for the first time?
The very first owner account is created once, during installation, using the protected
setup page and the setup token from your configuration file. See the Hostinger upload guide.
